homeoconsulting.com (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online technology platform that connects patients with independent, qualified healthcare practitioners (homeopathy, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, and dieticians). homeoconsulting.com is a technology intermediary and not a medical institution, hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider.

Doctors listed on this platform are independent practitioners. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of homeoconsulting.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Medical Services Disclaimer

The consultations provided through this platform are for informational and complementary health purposes only. They do not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment for acute or life-threatening conditions.

This platform is strictly not for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, call 112 immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

4. Platform Liability

homeoconsulting.com’s liability is limited to the consultation fee paid by the user for the specific consultation in dispute. We are not liable for:

• Medical outcomes, treatment results, or advice given by independent doctors
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of data, loss of earnings, or business interruption
• Any damages arising from reliance on information provided through the platform

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this platform to:

• Misrepresent your identity or medical condition
• Harass, abuse, or threaten doctors or staff
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Solicit doctors for services outside the platform

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Fees & Payments

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the booking page at the time of payment. homeoconsulting.com reserves the sole and absolute right to revise, update, or restructure its fee schedule at any time. Updated charges will be reflected on the platform and shall be binding on all users from the moment of display. By proceeding with payment, you unconditionally accept the displayed charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on homeoconsulting.com — including logos, text, software, designs, and databases — is owned by homeoconsulting.com and protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rohini District Court, Delhi / Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number
• Health Information: Chief complaint, symptoms, medical history shared during consultation (stored encrypted)
• Payment Information: Payment amount, transaction ID (we do NOT store card numbers — handled by Cashfree)
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps (for security and analytics)
• Communications: Messages exchanged between you and your doctor

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve consultation services
• To match you with appropriate doctors
• To process payments and send receipts
• To send appointment reminders and case updates
• To comply with legal obligations
• To detect and prevent fraud and security threats

3. We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Health information is particularly sensitive and is shared only with your treating doctor and, where required by law, with regulatory authorities.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with:

• Your assigned doctor (for treatment purposes)
• Cashfree (payment processing)
• Shiprocket / courier partners (for medicine delivery)
• Supabase (our database and storage provider, data stored in India)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Law enforcement, if required by valid legal order

5. Data Retention

Medical consultation records are retained for 7 years from the date of the last consultation, as required by applicable Indian medical record guidelines. Payment records are retained for 8 years for tax and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of non-medical account data.

6. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of non-medical personal data
• Portability: Request export of your data in machine-readable format

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, HTTPS, JWT authentication, rate limiting, input sanitisation (XSS/SQLi detection), and full audit logging on all administrative actions. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Amendment) Act, 2008, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India. Jurisdiction: Rohini District Court / Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

✅ Full Refund — Within 48 hours, if:

• No doctor accepts your case within 48 hours of payment
• You cancel your case before any doctor accepts it
• Technical failure prevents case creation (with proof)

❌ No Refund — Once consultation begins:

• A doctor has accepted your case
• The case taking / intake has been conducted
• Medicine order has been dispatched
• You simply changed your mind after consultation began
• Dissatisfaction with treatment outcome (homeopathy / alternative medicine results may vary individually)

Cancellation Terms

• All fees paid are strictly non-refundable once a consultation session has commenced, regardless of outcome or patient satisfaction.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be considered for a credit note towards a future session, entirely at the sole discretion of homeoconsulting.com. No cash refund is guaranteed.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment attract no refund and no credit.
• All decisions of homeoconsulting.com regarding fees, refunds, and cancellations are final, conclusive, and binding.

Refund Process

1. Email refunds@homeoconsulting.com within 7 days of payment with your Order ID and reason
2. Our team reviews your request within 2 business days
3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Delays caused by payment gateways or banking institutions are not the responsibility of homeoconsulting.com.

Medicine Delivery

Medicine orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the nature of homeopathic preparations. If medicine is received in damaged condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Dispute Resolution

Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Rohini District Court / Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, India.

homeoconsulting.com is not a hospital, clinic, or medical institution. The services provided are complementary health consultations and do not constitute medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment for conventional / allopathic medicine purposes.

Efficacy of homeopathy, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, and dietetics varies by individual. We make no guarantee of specific health outcomes.

This platform is NOT suitable for:

• Medical emergencies (call 112)
• Acute life-threatening conditions
• Replacement of ongoing allopathic treatment without your primary doctor’s advice
• Mental health crises requiring immediate intervention

Always inform your primary physician about any complementary treatments you are receiving. Never stop prescribed conventional medication based solely on advice from this platform.

All doctors on this platform hold valid degrees (BHMS, BPT, MSc Psychology, BSc Nutrition, or equivalent) and have been verified by our team. However, verification does not constitute endorsement of any particular treatment approach.

Doctor Terms — Summary

All practitioners registered on homeoconsulting.com are independent contractors, not employees. By registering, practitioners unconditionally agree that:

• They bear full and sole clinical responsibility for every prescription, remedy, and recommendation they make
• homeoconsulting.com has no clinical role and bears absolutely no liability for any practitioner’s professional decisions or their outcomes
• Sharing personal contact details with patients is a terminable offence resulting in immediate account removal, forfeiture of all earnings, and potential legal action
• The platform makes no guarantee of patient bookings, earnings, or business outcomes
• A one-time Platform Empanelment Fee of ₹15,000 (valid 3 years) applies, adjusted progressively against consultation earnings
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Indian courts
