  • Secure messaging for between-session queries

HomeoConsulting.com does not provide emergency medical services, diagnosis of medical conditions, or prescription of pharmaceutical drugs. Homeopathy is a complementary system of healthcare and is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.


2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Patient Eligibility

Services are available to patients who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older (minors require written consent from a parent or legal guardian)
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where online homeopathic consultation is permitted
  • Have access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device
  • Are not in acute medical emergency or require immediate in-person care

  • Valid email address and contact phone number
  • Country of residence
  • Brief description of health concern(s) at the time of registration

3. Consultation Process

3.1 Booking an Appointment

Appointments are booked through the patient portal on homeoconsulting.com. Patients may select an available practitioner, preferred date and time, and consultation format (video or audio). A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

3.2 Pre-Consultation Requirements

Prior to your first consultation, patients are required to:

  • Complete the online Patient Intake Form in full
  • Upload any relevant medical reports, test results, or prior prescriptions (optional but encouraged)
  • Read and accept this Patient Policy and the Privacy Notice
  • Ensure payment is completed as per the fee schedule

3.3 During the Consultation

Consultations are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. Patients are expected to:

  • Join the session from a private, quiet environment
  • Have a reliable internet connection and working microphone/camera
  • Be punctual — sessions begin at the scheduled time
  • Disclose all relevant health information honestly and completely
  • Refrain from recording the session without explicit written consent from the practitioner

3.4 Post-Consultation

Following the consultation, patients will receive a written summary of the discussion and remedy recommendations via the secure patient portal. Follow-up messages may be sent through the portal within the consultation period.


4. Fees, Payment & Refunds

Important Notice on Consultation Charges

Consultation charges are dynamic and may vary based on the type of service, practitioner, duration, and applicable platform policies. All applicable fees are prominently displayed on the login/booking page at the time of availing the service. Patients are advised to review the charges displayed before confirming any booking. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

By proceeding with payment, the patient unconditionally accepts the charges displayed at the time of booking. homeoconsulting.com reserves the sole and absolute right to revise, update, or restructure its fee schedule at any time and without prior individual notice. Updated charges will be reflected on the login/booking page and shall be binding on all patients from the moment of display.

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any consultation session.
  • Payment must be completed exclusively through the official payment gateway on homeoconsulting.com. No offline or direct payments to practitioners are accepted or recognised by homeoconsulting.com.
  • homeoconsulting.com shall not be liable for any failed, duplicate, or disputed transactions arising from third-party payment gateways, banking systems, or the patient's own financial institutions.
  • An appointment will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of full payment. Pending or failed payments do not constitute a booking.

4.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All fees paid are strictly non-refundable once a consultation session has commenced, regardless of outcome or patient satisfaction.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be considered for a credit note towards a future session, entirely at the sole discretion of homeoconsulting.com. No cash refund is guaranteed.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment attract no refund and no credit.
  • No-shows (failure to attend without prior written cancellation) are treated as completed sessions. The full fee is forfeited.
  • homeoconsulting.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment without liability. In such cases, the patient will be offered a rescheduled slot or credit at the platform's discretion.
  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 10–15 business days. homeoconsulting.com bears no responsibility for delays caused by payment gateways or banking institutions.
  • All decisions of homeoconsulting.com regarding fees, refunds, and cancellations are final, conclusive, and binding on the patient.

5. Patient Rights & Responsibilities

  • Video sessions are not recorded or stored unless expressly consented to by both parties.
  • Patients may request a copy of their health records at any time via the patient portal.

Note on Minors

Consultations for patients under 18 years of age require the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian. The guardian's contact details must be registered in the patient portal and they must be present or available during the session.


7. Code of Conduct

HomeoConsulting.com maintains a safe and respectful environment for patients and practitioners alike. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Use of abusive, discriminatory, or threatening language
  • Sharing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempting to obtain remedies for unlawful use
  • Soliciting services outside the platform from practitioners
  • Reproducing or distributing consultation materials without consent

homeoconsulting.com reserves the exclusive right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any patient's account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a Code of Conduct violation, misuse of the platform, or any action deemed detrimental to the platform or its practitioners. No refund will be issued in such cases. homeoconsulting.com's determination of a violation shall be conclusive.

  • Loss of data, confidentiality breaches caused by the patient's own devices or networks, or disruptions due to force majeure events.

The patient acknowledges that homeopathic consultations carry inherent limitations and that homeoconsulting.com makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding treatment outcomes, remedy efficacy, or cure.


10. Amendments & Governing Law

homeoconsulting.com reserves the sole and absolute right to update, amend, or replace this Patient Policy at any time without prior individual notice. Changes will be posted on the website and/or patient portal. Continued use of the platform's services after the posting of any amendment constitutes the patient's unconditional acceptance of the revised Policy. This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the use of homeoconsulting.com's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. Patients waive any objection to the venue or jurisdiction of such courts.
