Validity: 3 years

Fees are paid only after proper ERP documentation and completion of assigned work.

To maintain treatment quality:
  • Every chronic case is reviewed by at least 3 doctors.
  • Complex cases may involve up to 5 doctors.

Peer review improves clinical accuracy and academic learning. However, the treating doctor remains responsible for the final prescription.

Payments are performance-based professional fees.

  • Payments are calculated based on completed ERP tasks.
  • Platform records are considered final for payment calculation.
A rolling 15-day payment amount remains on hold. This held amount is released after the doctor completes one year of continuous association with the platform.

Acute cases are treated as priority consultations. Doctors must:

  • Respond to the case within 1 hour.
  • Monitor the patient every 2 hours if required.

Acute case fee: ₹300 – ₹400 per case.

Failure to respond may result in case reassignment and cancellation of payment.

Yes. The platform maintains an academic clinical environment. Doctors must:

  • Attend at least one lecture per week.
  • Occasionally deliver lectures on a rotational basis.

This system improves clinical learning and treatment quality.

No. All consultations must occur through the platform system.

Doctors must not:

  • Divert patients to private practice.
  • Share personal contact details.
  • Accept payment outside the platform.

No. Patient data belongs to the platform system.

Doctors must not:

  • Download patient databases.
  • Store patient records externally.
  • Copy case records for personal use.

All patient information must remain securely within the platform ERP system.

No. Doctors are not permitted to use:

  • Platform patient data
  • Treatment systems
  • Operational models

You may not use these to create or assist in creating a competing online consultation platform. This restriction applies during association and for 3 years after termination.

The treating doctor is fully responsible for:

  • Prescriptions
  • Treatment decisions
  • Medical outcomes

The platform provides technical infrastructure and coordination only.

Yes. The platform may terminate association in cases of:

  • Policy violations
  • Ethical misconduct
  • Patient diversion
  • Non-performance
  • Prolonged inactivity

Upon termination, ERP access will be immediately revoked.

Disputes are first attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, the matter will be settled through arbitration under Indian law.

Doctors must:
  • Maintain accurate ERP documentation
  • Follow peer review procedures
  • Provide timely patient responses
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Follow all platform protocols
